About Jessica’s Restaurant
Chef Rob Fenn heads up Jessica’s kitchen, bringing a wealth of cooking experience and local knowledge to our Vermont country inn restaurant. Chef Rob is a Middlebury, Vermont native and has a great understanding and appreciation for the land, farming, and products that come from the area. His menu includes local and regional favorites, as well as some European and Asian selections, all with his personal flare. The menu is designed to accommodate almost any dietary request, restriction, or health issue. Just tell the wait staff and Chef Rob is sure to satisfy your request!
Keeping the ideas and selections fresh and local is important to us. In true farm-to-table fashion, we have teamed up with local growers and purveyors to deliver the freshest food that Vermont has to offer. The menu selections at Jessica’s are designed to satisfy most dining appetites, tastes, and schedules – from a quick burger, healthy salad, or affordably priced entrée, to a wonderful, classic, fine dining entrée. All are served in the casual atmosphere of the dining room or smaller library (both with fireplaces), the intimate fully-windowed indoor “porch,” or out on the deck. Jessica’s Restaurant is not just for special occasions; we have designed the menu, rooms, and atmosphere to be perfect for those casual nights out with friends or family – and we hope that you will come frequently to make it your own!
To complement your selection, choose a glass or bottle of wine from our Wine Spectator Award-Winning wine list recommended by our sommelier, David; or a selection from our beer list; or perhaps one of Tom’s special mixed drinks. We are proud to have won recognition from Wine Spectator for the last ten years, holding the distinction as the only winner within the local area!
No matter the size of your party, from 2 to 50, or the type of event, from a casual night out to a rehearsal dinner or office party, Jessica’s Restaurant is the place to go. For special menus or private functions, please give us a call.
