Here at the Swift House Inn in Middlebury, Vermont, we are always looking for ways to improve our guests’ experience. Whether it be updating our guest rooms, designing new menu boards, or creating a more user-friendly website, we are always working on something.
We know when it comes to your dining experience every little detail matters: the presentation of the website, the ease of booking a reservation, the décor, the staff’s demeanor, the atmosphere, and of course, the food. We want to make sure you make the best memories possible while staying and/or dining at the Swift House Inn and Jessica’s Restaurant.
As Vermonters and small business owners/operators, we support our local community and economy as much as possible. We select only the highest quality ingredients for our dishes and most of those ingredients are locally sourced. For example, a lot of our vegetables are from Elmer Farm (our chef picks them up himself on his way to work!), chicken from Misty Knoll Farm, bread from Otter Creek Bakery, beef from Boyden farm, and cheese from many local farms including goat cheese from Blue Ledge Farm.
Jessica’s Restaurant is rated #1 of 41 restaurants in Middlebury, Vermont on TripAdvisor and we’ve received the Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence every year since 2006. In 2017, Jessica’s earned a Diners’ Choice Award from OpenTable.
